TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A deposit is payable when booking the party and the balance is payable on the day.  If you need to postpone or cancel the party, the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred provided written notice is received 14 days before the party is due to take place at enquiries@chequeredflag.info

Amendments to catering requirements must be received 7 days prior.

Please let us know at the time of booking whether anyone attending has any food allergies. 

If Chequered Flag have to postpone the party due to circumstances beyond our control you will be offered an alternative date.  (Adverse weather, power cuts, accidents, equipment failure etc.)

• If staff can reach the venue by car from Maidstone and all equipment/services are operating normally we shall be open as usual and your party will go ahead at the booked time.

• If snowy conditions already exist but we are open and a HEAVY BLIZZARD CONTINUES FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AT THE VENUE ADDRESS we reserve the right to close and postpone bookings including those in progress.

• If staff cannot reach the venue by car from Maidstone we will be closed. We will advise you of this by phone/text/email. An alternative date will be offered by email. In extreme weather conditions Chequered Flag may advise postponement prior to the day of the party.

Any postponement less than 14 days prior will be at the discretion of Chequered Flag only.

Only one special offer/discount is accepted per transaction: Must be declared at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

We accept children on the assumption that they are in good health and it is your responsibility to alert us to any medical complaint or history suffered by a child. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage arising from errors or omissions whether supplied by you or by another person. We do not accept liability for personal injury to any child attending any activity related to Chequered Flag.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, personal property belonging to you or any guest irrespective of whether such possessions might be used by you or them for the purposes of activity related to Chequered Flag.
